Warranty Policy

At Umpiro, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness in product use and resale standards.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Unworn Condition Only)

Customers may return footwear within 30 days of purchase provided that:

  • The shoes are unworn and unused
  • The product is in original condition and packaging
  • There are no signs of normal wear

Because worn footwear cannot be resold, products showing any normal wear are not eligible under this 30-day guarantee.


60-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty

We offer a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase for non-normal defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Tearing or separation of leather or upper materials
  • Midsole breakage or structural failure
  • Premature sole separation not caused by wear
  • Any defect that occurs under normal, intended use

If a defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Offer a store credit or refund at our discretion

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including sole wear, creasing, or cosmetic aging)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
  • Alterations or modifications to the product
  • Accidental damage (cuts, burns, etc.)

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase
  2. Submit clear photos of the issue
  3. Describe how the product was used

Final Determination

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Umpiro. We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
